Domain names
Registered through our services can not be cancelled, however arrangements can be made to transfer the domain name to your new service provider. Therefore, the registration service fees are non-refundable & shifting processing fees will be applicable.

When you order a website in a package then hosting & domain control panel credential will be not shared to you or shifted to other hosting provider because it comes free with the website design package & you have to purchase it seprately or have to pay the charges as per pricing listed at our website for domain & hosting and once your website credential is shared to you or shifted to other service provider then our responsibility ceases even if website stop working or arises any errors in future because support will be unavailable.

Graphic & Logo Design
No refund is available on any creative services except logo design and on logo design services anytime you can request all work stopped before your first round of revisions, and we will refund your money with minimum processing fee charge just 20% of the total amount of the package but if you make any revision or if you have taken a discount or combo package then refund policy does not apply and no amount will be refunded.

NON Refundable
Money Back Guarantee policy does not apply to services such such as : Domain Registration, Dedicated IP, Dedicated SSL Certificate, Dedicated Servers, Web Design, Printing, Presentation Design, Content Writing, Bulk SMS, Online Advertising, Online Marketing, Social Media Services, Video Editing/Making, Digital Purchase, or ThirdParty Services/Products that we purchase on behalf of customer.

Restrictions
The design we make for our client is unqiue so you should not remove/edit the credits "Designed by iMedia Solutions" and you will be required a permission in details if you want to change or modify your design by third party or If you want the exclusive rights of the design, You should ask us before you order & we will quote you because package price does gives you the exclusive rights and we presume that you should have knowledge what you are ordering because after ordering we cannot refund your money if you change your mind or accidentally ordered without having proper knowledge.
